Tasty Menus in place for Adult Camp

Chef John has got some tasty food in store for our adult campers... here are the menus on tap for dinner when the group returns from their run each evening....


monday
sticky hickory maple glazed bbq chicken

tuesday
grandma’s meat lasagna
warm toasted garlic bread
salad of heirloom tomatoes, fresh mozzarella and basil essence
salad of marinated beets, fennel, and navel oranges
madagascar vanilla bean roasted mission figs with honey and yogurt

wednesday
soy glazed salmon filet
fried rice with peas and carrots 
fresh rice paper spring rolls
coconut water
manila mango

thursday  
soft flour tacos with carne asada
salsa
guacamole
queso fresco
sour cream
tres leches with caramelized bananas and coconut

friday
roast chicken
oven roasted garlic marble potatoes
salad of mixed farm greens and vegetables
grilled and marinated delta asparagus
summer stone fruit cobbler
